These terms govern your use of the Ladenstax desktop application. By downloading or using Ladenstax, you agree to them.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Ladenstax on devices you control. During the public beta, the app is provided free of charge.

2. Acceptable use

• Use Ladenstax only with stores and data you are authorized to access.
• Don't reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the application.
• Don't use the app to violate Shopify's terms or any applicable law.

3. Your data and your stores

You are responsible for the credentials you connect and the changes you commit to your stores. Ladenstax offers dry-run previews and rollback, but you should verify imports before committing them to a live storefront.

4. Beta software

Ladenstax is provided "as is" during beta, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or break. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

5. Termination

You may stop using Ladenstax at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
